After completing her MBA at Ben-Gurion University, Chen has since held a number of marketing and NPI management positions within large TK companies. Chen joined WTG’s executive team in 2021 as DielTech’s division manager. Some of her responsibilities include sales & profitability, business development, as well as NPI operations; procurement, project management, engineering, and quality. Chen is a proud mother of two children, and in her spare time, enjoys staying fit through running, TRX, and strength training.
